[FR]: Enables the name and path of the DB files to be modified and specified in obsidian-projects plugin.

Enables the name and path of the DB files to be modified and specified.

Currently, the DB files are forcibly placed in the root directory and named with a long meaningless string of characters. This appears chaotic and unsuitable for management.
