better creating option when using other source

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If the user want to use a tag source or link source, it feels counter-intuitive to right-click a folder to do that, given that the folder source won't be used in this case.

Describe the solution you'd like A command palette option to create a database, then a modal to choose from the available sources.

Describe alternatives you've considered Right-click on a random folder and change the source in the database setting.
