Incompatibility with Vampirism

I am using Vampirism 1.16.4-1.7.4 and RPG-Hud 3.8.3 for 1.16.4 on Forge-35.1.37. I saw this issue occur in an earlier version, however it was noted to report it again if it continued to occur. I am also using Appleskin-mc1.16.2-forge.1.0.14, though I am unsure if it is at all related to this particular issue. The hunger does not properly render, and the vanilla level is showing up for some reason despite the vanilla and XP element being otherwise hidden aside from the level itself.

There is also an issue with the "Sunlight Damage". The player icon in the widget disappears while under its effect but returns after its gone.
