Builds won't run

I've looked through issues #1 and #2 in order to resolve my build issues.

Now that it does build, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community,launching the build's .exe file does nothing.

Even when done as an administrator.

So I'm wondering if there's a workaround, or if a build could please be posted for ease of use. I looked on your site, but the box link wasn't working.

I don't know why you want to build deprecated software.
