Google Drive link for reference sims

There appear to be two links out there:

There is no definitive answer which is right. (And some of the other issues with the reference sims are not solved merely by switching links.)

We probably shouldn't use Google Drive at all. We should get the reference sims (re)-sorted and do better archiving.
