Officially graduate UVFlag

This issue is meant to catch odds and ends that need to be wrapped up when we officially graduate UVFlag.

  • remove this line: UVFlag is a *beta* level code being actively developed. in uvflag.rst
  • add examples to the tutorial for UVFlag

One thing that came up in #704 was to incorporate smart key handling that UVData has (e.g. checking for conjugated antpairs). This may also be a pre-requisite for setting up get_* convenience methods that do not currently exist for UVFlag
