Grid does not display while in wireframe mode (unity ver 2019.2.12f1)

As the title says.

Steps to reproduce: Import project to 2019.2.12f1 and enable/disable grid while sceneview wireframe mode is active. The grid should not render while either enable or disabled.

Expected behavior: Grid should always render unless toggled off.

Brush wireframes also don't seem to show up as well
