Description

This adds support for PTP's collections to be used as import lists.

There are probably some stupid mistakes here, and I'm going to leave some comments on some things I'd like to get feedback on.

This looks good now, if you want to add some tests that would be great. Otherwise we'll get it in.

@Qstick Ask me again once PTP is back so I can make sure it still works. (I doubt anything broke, but I'd rather double check before merging as it's been a while.)

Other than that, I believe the only thing that this needed was tests?

Closing this since #9396 had more improvements, but that one is also closed until we decide if we should support this since validation for their collection filtering is a little messy on our side.
