Offer "More info language" in original language

It is currently impossible to view movies metadata (title, cover and synopsis) in more than one language.

In Settings > UI > Language, being able to set Movie info language to Original Country .
This would avoid this situation:

See movie details from my home country in English.

This above should be enough to understand the request but happy to make more mockups :)

All good, the rest would already be a huge win. Although I'm interested to know how Plex is able to update artwork upon changing metadata language for a library and/or single item. Thanks :)

Like I said this screenshot is to show what situation I want to avoid, that is looking at metadata displayed in two different languages for the same movie.
So I wanted to avoid being pointed to the Standard Movie Format and Movie Folder Format sections of Media Management, which is working great thanks to {Movie OriginalTitle}, and isn't what I'm looking for here.

Of course, just wanted to make sure we're on the same page with what's possible and whatnot.
OriginalTitle being a separate property is easier to implement, but Overview is not and it breaks our current implementation of loading all translations at once in order to improve the loading time.
It's not a priority at the moment to refactor the translations logic to support this, but maybe one day.
Thanks for looking into it, I was afraid it would be the case for the synopsis. Any chance to still press forward with OriginalTitle though? This would be an awesome feature! Thanks
