Can't update to 4.5

I'm on on 4.1, but when i try to update it, it says update to 4.1 and still gives me the notification about the 4.5.

Installing summon UI fails. /etc/demon/summon.conf is empty. How do I Regen the file as it's supposed to be?

i just tried to summon the demon, but no luck. after entering "python3 summon.py install demon -u (username) i was met with error: no module named 'requests'
