change addIPAllocation ()

fix addIPAllocation () show warnings. Only show warnings if necessary. On warnings let user decide if he wants to continue.

  • showChoice(): new function
  • addIPAllocation (): add showChoice fix warning messages use IPV4_AUTO_RELEASE config var
