Release new version for Django 1.9 compatibility

The master branch is now Django 1.9 compatible, based on a recent commit related to importlib.

However it would be great if you could bump the version number and release it to PyPi so it's easier to manage the upgrade. Current workaround:

pip uninstall django-private-media
pip install git+https://github.com/RacingTadpole/django-private-media.git
