Option to rename tokens, especially LP tokens

Many LP tokens are not imported with a descriptive name, for example on BSC many are imported as "Cake-LP". This makes it very confusing if you are wanting to see many different LPs.

Would love the ability to rename or alias tokens, especially those that we custom import.
