Android : image become landscape when crop the image from camera

Hi, I have use my android phone take a image with portrait view, but when come editing, the image rotated to landscape...I have try iphone 4s no problem there. So how to fix it?

May I ask what phone and what edit software you are using? Also the version of Android, thou I doubt it's the issue.

I guess this is the reason : http://www.howtogeek.com/254830/why-your-photos-dont-always-appear-correctly-rotated/ , can you try opening the images in a different application? Are the originals also rotated?

I use samsung note 3 with android 5.0
