Support of readOnly and disabled props, sended by react-jsonschema-form to Typeahead

It will be good, on TypeaheadField, to set react-bootstrap-typeahead props ''disabled" at true, if the Field props have readOnly or disabled setted at true.

It's the actual behavior on a select widget on react-jsonschema-form

If you are comfortable with this issue, I can make a PR.

It's looks like the maintainer don't care about that. I no more use this lib.
