Underfloor heating integration in ROM

Given a Model that has underfloor heating as heating system, we want to integrate it, and get a ROM, in order to in the future make hidraulic, thermal dynamic simulations, in buildings that have underfloor heating as heating system.

  • [x] ROM 2 Elements: with all parts as external or internal walls
  • [ ] ROM 2 Elements + HOM for Wall that acts as underfloor heating

probably highly related to #676 + I would like to carefully warn that extracting a wall from the VDI calculation would require a lot of extensive modification to TEASER (or an individual calculation of the ROM parameters).
