Include swimming pool in ROM as a moisture source

This issue is part of the planned TEASER extension, which adds the new building archetype swimming facility. With the extension we want to estimate energy and water demands of a swimming facility.

Compared to other building types, swimming facilities contain swimming pools, which are responsible for a large share of energy and water demand. A corresponding pool model was alread implemented into the library with issue #1407.

With this new issue, we would like to integrate the pool model into the model AixLib.ThermalZones.ReducedOrder.ThermalZone.ThermalZone inclusive the heat and water exchange between pool water and the air of the corresponding zone. Per default the ThermalZone still does not include a pool, for that the Boolean use_swimmingPools is itroduced. Since the swimming pool can be seen as a moisture source to the swimming hall zone, the pool model will be placed next to other moisture sources:

Further, the pool model it is connected to the ROM for heat and mass exchange with the zones air. Per default the heat supply for the pool is realised with an ideal heater. In addition, to enable an external heat supply, the two fluid ports of the pool are modeled as optional ports. The heat, power and water demand of the pool will be modeled asaditional outputs for thermal zones with pools.
