ProjectClient - problems with creating projects

For the ProjectClient.CreateProject method the first parameter is called fileName. However, this is a project name. When I specify something like "prj01", the project is created but attached file isn't uploaded. If to specify something like "prj01.zip", than a project is created and files are successfully uploaded. Can you please check how it works?
