Take a look at http://knexjs.org/#Migrations Running the commands documented will give you "example files". Does this help?

3 breaking changes equals the need for some serious testing.

I think this repo is just outdated and requires a lot of work to function with the new version.

@karma0 Just took a quick peek, and it seems to not set the env. It does specify it as an option, but then doesn't use it. I'm not sure _how_...
