[Issue] Access to path is denied, during mod uninstallation

The Issue or Bug

Issue #88 was resolved when it came to installing, enabling and disabling mods - however the issue still persists during mod uninstallation, intermittently and infrequently.

Suggested Resolution

Apply changes made to enable/disable code to the uninstallation code, doing away with the ModsToMove UI object.
