cannot find reference tymbre after training a_model.

i'm a blind musician, and I've watched a youtube tutorial on how to create a voice model in rvc beta. I've followed all the steps, and when I've done processing the three steps, I've checked in the logs folder: the model name was there, with all the wave files. Everything was ok, also the index file was perfectly correct. The problem started when I've opened the ta reference model: sadly I couldn't find the reference tymbre list, it was empty, even after pressing the refresh button. So I copied the featured path where the voicemodel was, I loaded an acapela wav track, and I've clicked on "convert button"; after few seconds this message appeared: Error. click the three dots to dowload" How can I solve this? please, help me.
