Rewrite syntax of infer-web.py

There is no problem with the current code, but it might be better to follow a coding convention such as PEP8.

There were a couple of things that bothered me, so I'll send you a PR later.

I want to merge with "Create a merge commit" or "Rebase and merge". I would like to have a commit log so I can go back to it quickly if something goes wrong.
