Set Up Help/Different drive

I could use a little help getting this set up, as it doesn't seem as straight forward as other things I've done. If anyone could walk me through the process step by step that would be great, especially on how to get it installed on a different drive (S:/ and not C:/ as I don't have much space on C, that's where windows is) For the record I already have python 3.10.8 installed.
