Is there an API for training models step1-step3 ?

In the picture we have installed Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI on our server. The question is, is there an api for training? We want to use the api to send files and settings via the api, we don't want to do it via web UI. We tried to use it with the gradio api but it still doesn't work.
