After updating and fresh install I can no longer convert anything without Connection errored out

This has never happened to me in the 3 years iv'e been doing this, somehow after updating and reinstalling stuff for rvc, now when i click convert, it starts and after 30 seconds about when it would finish and spit out a file to downlaod, right before then it drops connection and cancels conversion and gives me and error saying the connection Errored Out...... I can't for the life of me figure this out and why it can't convert anymore without erroring out and disconnecting. Please help
