Cant run dark mode

I using the latest 20250606v2pro [windows 7z package download] in the interface I could not find any setting to change it to dark version, so I tried to add ?__theme=dark after the URL but its not working I also tried to change my webui.py to the latest webui.py which was changed 4 days ago, but I still cant run it in dark mode. Please bear in mind that I am a complete beginner
