[BUG] Cannot use a space in the stack

Describe the bug Doesn't let you use a space in the stack if you previously uninstalled an app from the stack.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a stack with an app in it
2. Delete the app inside the stack (don't remove from stack, like actually delete it)
3. Enter wiggle mode, then swipe on the stack again
4. There should be one less app you can add (instead of 4 addable apps, there will be three)

Expected behavior Be able to add 4 apps to that stack.
