gf180mcu nmos/pmos magic tcl missing option to generate bulk tie

In gf180mcu KLayout config there's an option to generate bulk ties for nmos and pmos, however the option is missing from magic tcl script

"Add guard ring" generates bulk ties for all FET devices and is enabled by default; there is also a separate menu entry for "add substrate contact", or (the usual way) you can just draw nsd/nsc or psd/psc. What exactly are you looking for that isn't available?
