Can't do the make command

Hello I can't do the make command:

This appears:

make: *** No rule to make target 'tech-@ENABLED_TECHS@', needed by 'all'. Stop.

@eusanchez Did you run ./configure first? What was the output?

@eusanchez If you're installing the open_pdks separately, you'll need to run .configure first.

What is your PDK_ROOT set to?
