sky130 antenna cell has the wrong type

The discussion in https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD/pull/2136 highlights that

MACRO sky130_fd_sc_hd__diode_2
  CLASS CORE ;

is incorrect and should be

MACRO sky130_fd_sc_hd__diode_2
  CLASS CORE ANTENNACELL ;

Since I can't get anything fixed in upstream Google repos I am hoping you can fix it here. This happens in sky130 A & B.
