anyone know about arax.ci.transltr.io?

Someone was asking me about ITRB deployments and on a whim I tried a query over at arax.transltr.io. It did return the expected answer, but returned https://arax.ci.transltr.io/?r=1 so it isn't in sync with the response ids from the rest of the system. There was no log of the query in the combined log system. Anyone know if we're running modern code over there and if the system is working or useful? Should we make an effort to make it work better?
