Include "rare" tag

Question for the RTX-KG2 folks: when you ingest MONDO, is the “rare” tag preserved anywhere? Speaking with the RoboCop team, they use this to identify which diseases are rare or not

I found "subsets" : [ "http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/mondo#gard_rare" ] on MONDO:0002988 in mondo.json, but this information does not yet make it to kg2.json. I need to figure out where this tag should go according to the Biolink model.

@acevedol can you please reach out to the SRI team (Sierra) to find out where this tag should go, and if you get clarification from SRI, please put the info in the issue? Thanks.
