Implement specificity index in KG2

  • [x] Add specificity index property to make_node function in kg2_util.py
  • [ ] Calculate node distance from root?
  • [ ] Calculate distance/ total number in ontology to generate specificity index
  • [ ] Do this for all ontologies?

Default value for specificity index node property set to None for now

I did not expect to see only one node for IntAct. Testing in buildkg2.rtx.ai for more info

Hi @acevedol any chance this will be incorporated into the next KG2 build? I'd like to start on the reasoning side of this: https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX/issues/1812
