traefik configuration

This configuration has a working traefik reverse proxy. The traefik service is exposed at port 80 (http://localhost on your local machine). All requests incoming to port 80 will be directed to the frontend container, unless they start with /api in which case they will go to the backend container. If there are other routes needed, we can add those.

Additionally, the frontend production container is not currently working. I believe we have a meeting to discuss this later today.
