Spotify Music Controls

Using the various media control functions does not seem to work with Spotify. I've tested on a Galaxy Nexus and a Nexus 5, both running the latest version of 4.4, both rooted.

Spotify doesn't support the default system music controls. I think we can add this by emulating a media button press though... I'll get to it when the command reaches the top of the voting list.
