Add "microsoft" login method

Clear and concise description of the problem

As you known, in regions where google is not available can't login success.

Additionally, individuals who are not developers may not have a GitHub account.

It can attract more customer when we adding support for Microsoft accounts

Sorry, we currently have no plans to add more third-party login options. However, in the meantime, we have added account password registration and login, so there should no longer be a situation where no login method is available.
