• fix: create list minimum value is 0
• feat: add actions settings loading
• feat: hide menu when enabled is false
• feat: change opacity when menu is disabled
• feat: add quick access for add feed to list

• feat: 当菜单属性enabled为false时隐藏菜单选项（比如分享列表为空）
• feat: 当菜单disabled为true时展示选项禁用态
