On the Discover page in both the "Trending" and "Categories" area many adult sites are listed.

Suggested solution

Add a switch which would filter out adult sites globally.

Alternative

A global filter would allow the user to blacklist any sites from all search or discover functionality.

Inoreader provides a useful reference for this. Moreover, I think every feed that features nudity must be distinctly labeled as NSFW, and moving forward, subscription management and filtering ought to rely on these NSFW tags.

We have blocked NSFW content on the discovery page. Keeping this issue open to consider adding a setting to block NSFW content in search.
