Describe the bug

When an error message showing error connecting to reCAPTCHA service displayed on the bottom, scroll down will cause the UI element Y-axis displacement and overlaps the window button.

Reproduction Video

• Put device into an environment with slow network connection so that it will fail connecting to reCATPCHA Service and display an error message below.
• Scroll down on any page of the app and some UI elements will overlap.

We have now removed reCAPTCHA, so this issue should have been resolved.
