Clear and concise description of the problem

1. Automation Rules Directory

There is currently no effective way to display and quickly locate rules, especially for users with a large number of automated rules and creating many conditions/actions, which are difficult to manage. Adding a "Rules Directory" function will greatly improve efficiency and can find and edit required rules more quickly.

2. Directory drag and drop sorting function

Add drag and drop sorting in automation so that the order of rules can be easily adjusted (currently unadjusted)
