Folo Server Cache makes re-follow abnromally.

Describe the bug

After importing by OPML, all the feeds shows "importing" and can't fetch the content, while requesting with the browser works fine. Adding a single new one from a similar source (wewe-rss) can work well. Then unfollow and re-follow one by one can not work as the one described before, it still show the abnormal "importing" one.

Tried to clean the local cache and rebuild the database. Just can't work. Maybe it's an server-side cache issue?

Seems it works normally after a day, I'll close this issue.
