Add "Mark All Read" button to single feed page in Folo for iOS

Open Skylwn opened this issue 9 months ago • 2 comments

Clear and concise description of the problem

In the Windows version of Follow, users can "Mark all as read" for single feed. However, in the iOS version of Folo, this action currently only applies to all feeds collectively through "Mark all items as read." To improve user experience, I recommend adding a dedicated "Mark all as read" option for single feed in the next iOS Folo update. This enhancement would enable users to efficiently clear unread indicators for less relevant content within specific feeds after reviewing, eliminating the need to either manually clear each item's notification or use the global "Mark All as Read" function that affects all feeds simultaneously.

Suggested solution

Add a "Mark all as read" button to the upper right corner of the read page of the single feed, as shown in the following image

This feature does exist. A single feed can be marked as read by long pressing the feed.
