I'm using https://clu.so/rss.xml, this site use CDATA to encoded content, the render result of follow is a mess.

It is because the removed erroneous data from the source website was captured. The next version will support entry updates. https://github.com/RSSNext/follow-server/commit/3027fefb7134b03fd3dd5885aaa78a195394983a
