follow It seems that importing rsshub links with code parameters does not support?

Describe the bug

我自己部署的 rsshub，增加了 access key，所以生成的链接有 code 参数 https://vm-sgp.p0nder.site:8443/zhihu/people/activities/69-86-25-98-47?code=52f4a1c0610b78c95cee506543207a8d

在导入到 follow 时失败了，报错如下：

Feed fetch error: [GET] "https://vm-sgp.p0nder.site:8443/zhihu/people/activities/69-86-25-98-47": 403 Forbidden

发现报错信息中的 url 去掉了 code 参数，应该就是 403 的原因。

这个 bug 还是 feature？

###Describe the bug

The rsshub I deployed myself has added the access key, so the generated link has the code parameter https://vm-sgp.p0nder.site:8443/zhihu/people/activities/69-86-25-98-47?code=52f4a1c0610b78c95cee506543207a8d

It failed when importing to follow, and the error was reported as follows:

Feed fetch error: [GET] "https://vm-sgp.p0nder.site:8443/zhihu/people/activities/69-86-25-98-47": 403 Forbidden

It is found that the url in the error message has removed the code parameter, which should be the reason for 403.
