It would be great if you could subscribe to the feed stream with a Chrome plug-in

在此之前使用RSS Feed Reader插件来管理Feed流，插件的好处是可以当点击RSS链接的时候自动识别并跳转订阅页面。切到Follow之后需要Copy&Paste，多了两步有点不太方便。 特地去安装了RSS Hub插件，试了试，需要点击RSS链接后到新页面RSS Hub插件才能识别到源后再进行选择使用什么工具。选择工具暂不支持Web端需要安装客户端。
Suggested solution
期望新增Chrome浏览器插件订阅RSS流，或者基于已有的RSS Hub插件支持也可以，比方说如果RSS Hub只enable Follow，可以直接跳转到Follow的订阅界面且支持Web端就好了。

Clear and concise description of the problem
Previously, the RSS Feed Reader plug-in was used to manage the feed stream. The advantage of the plug-in is that it can automatically identify and jump to the subscription page when an RSS link is clicked. After switching to Follow, Copy&Paste is required, which is a bit inconvenient with two extra steps. I specially installed the RSS Hub plug-in and gave it a try. You need to click on the RSS link and go to a new page. The RSS Hub plug-in can identify the source and then choose what tool to use.
Suggested solution
It is expected to add a new Chrome browser plug-in to subscribe to RSS streams, or support it based on the existing RSS Hub plug-in. For example, if RSS Hub only enables Follow, you can jump directly to Follow's subscription interface.
