Add, delete or replace text in articles

I want to remove text or other elements from articles before the RSS reader displays them. I would also like to add my own text to articles.

Does RSS-Bridge allow this? Is there a tool that can do this?

you can create your own that modifies an existing feed before it is served with the FeedExpander class. You'll need to host your own instance of RSS-Bridge though.
