WikipediaBridge: Double encoding on item titles

Describe the bug Titles are doubly encoded, leading to invalid XML on the Atom feeds. The HTML pages are OK.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to WikipediaBridge page
  2. Notice the Honey Revenge's is formatted correctly
  3. Click the Atom or JSON button on top, notice this produces Honey Revenge's

Expected behavior No double encoding of item titles.

Additional context Not sure this is a problem for other feeds that parse HTML.
