It seems that the Telegram channel (@AIalbum) has been blocked.

it's not blocked, some countries are limited to access adult content by telegram... to access this channel you have to use another country number

In that case, it's possible that the instance you are using or running also restricts access to the channel. You might try accessing the channel using instances from different countries.
