[TelegramBridge] Incorrect BBCode for emojis in posts

Describe the bug I use Friendica to transport several Telegram channels into the Fediverse via RSS bridge. I keep noticing on different channels that emojis within the posts are heavily wrapped in formatting coding that doesn't quite fit.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a news channel on your favorite Friendica-instance
2. Subscribe to the RSS-feed of a Telegram channel of choice and let your Friendica account repost the posts as your own
3. Voilá

Expected behavior No [b]/[i]/[u] around emojis
