Feature request: Twitter likes!

I'd simply like an additional option for the Twitter bridge, to enable following a user's "likes".

Context here is that with some users, for instance certain academic institutions, their likes are as informative as their posts. So it would be really great to be able to keep an eye on them together with their posts and replies et al.
